Frequently Asked Questions

For any additional inquiries you might have, please feel free to ask us within the form below or by email at [email protected].

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

Q. Is the credit card information I submit secure?

Yes. All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information.

Q. How quickly will my order ship out?

Please allow 2-3 business days for Inspirasï items to be shipped. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Additionally, many items are made to order – and created by artisanal hands – so with these products, additional production time may need to be factored in. If for some reason there will be any type of delay, we will do our best to notify you within 24 hours.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We want you to receive your Inspirasï purchase as quickly as possible. As such, we process all steps in the ordering process in a timely and efficient manner. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

Q. Do you accept returns?

Yes. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days. If you need money returned, please email us the reason for your return and we will give you detailed return instructions.

Q. My bracelet or necklace is a little too large / small. Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes. Please email us what size you have and what size you will need. We will send your exchange as soon as we receive your shipping proof for your exchange.

Q. What is the purity/composition of your jewelry?

Inspirasï artisans make jewelry out of solid 925 sterling silver as well as one collection in solid brass plus 925 sterling silver. All chains are made of solid 925 sterling silver. A clear coat is put on all brass pieces to delay tarnishing.

Q. Will my jewelry turn black or green?

All metals eventually oxidize with exposure to oxygen, strong perfumes, chemicals, perspiration, and water. Brass will tarnish black. A clear coating is put on all brass pieces to delay tarnishing but like a plating, this clear coat will wear off, especially on the inside of bracelets that are constantly rubbing against your skin. We send a best-practices card with each item ordered as to how to best care for the item.
