Returns

Returns within 30 days will be refunded in the full amount minus shipping costs as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition with packaging. If you wish to return an item please e-mail [email protected] for directions. In your e-mail please include your original order number. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Orders postmarked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders postmarked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed

Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or items are accepted as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition with packaging. As soon as we receive you original item we will ship your exchange item with a confirmation e-mail.

Shipping & Handling

All return and exchange shipping costs (including potential duties and taxes assessed by customs if shipping from outside the USA) are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not refundable by Inspirasï.
